Horas Family Home and Horas Indah comfortably accommodate 2 to 6-8 adults. With more than 8 adults we recommend to book Horas Family Home as well as Horas Indah. Horas Mini consists of two rooms which comfortably accommodate 5 adults.

Note: Before we accept your Reservation with us we may require you to inform us on your Nationality and the Place where you are living.

To secure your Reservation with us you have to accept and comply with our Reservation Policy, Payment Conditions and our Cancellation Policy which read as follows:

Reservation Policy

We accept Reservations on a first come, first served basis. We will respond to any reservation request with an Introduction of Horas Family Home / Horas Indah / Horas Mini and, if possible, a quotation provided you have already informed us on your party composition and the dates you wish to stay with us.

Upon your acceptance of our conditions we will mark your reservation with us as ‘Tentative’. You secure you Reservation with us by accepting and complying with our Payment and Cancellation Policy. The moment we have received your ‘Deposit’, we will inform you accordingly and confirm your Reservation.

As long as your Reservation is marked as ‘Tentative” we may accept other Reservations for part of or the same dates you have in mind. Should you just have paid your ‘Deposit’ after we have accepted the Reservation of other guests we will refund your ‘Deposit’ in full.

Payment Conditions

Direct Bookings

For direct bookings via WhatsApp, Telephone we require a non-refundable deposit of the cost of 1 night.

OTA Bookings and Bookings from Overseas

A deposit of 50%, of the cost of your stay, with a minimum of one night, is due at the moment we accept your Reservation.

Payment methods

Payment in Indonesian Rupiahs in to an Indonesian Bank Account
Payment of the equivalent of the Indonesian Rupiah amount in US Dollars through PayPal
Payment in Indonesian Rupiahs into an Indonesian Bank Account by using Wise Transfer

Should you not be familiar with PayPal then please be informed that for payments you use your credit card and you don't need to be a PayPal member but you can make your payment as a PayPal guest. Should you wish to pay through PayPal I will send you a PayPal invoice and you just follow the instructions.

As far as we know one of the cheapest ways to transfer money from overseas to Indonesia is WISE TRANSFER .

Kindly inform which payment method you prefer and we will provide further details accordingly.

Our Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your stay more than one month before your intended stay we will refund your deposit less 20 % administration costs. If you cancel your stay less than one month before, but more than 2 weeks before your actual stay, we will refund 50 % of your deposit. If you cancel your stay less than two weeks before your actual stay there will be no refund of your deposit.

Validity of our Quotations

Complying with our Payment Conditions does not have to take more than a week. Therefore, if both parties act in accordance with their good intentions a ‘Tentative Reservation’ will be a Confirmed Reservation within one week after the booking was marked by us as ‘Tentative’. Therefore, we will stand by our offers and quotations for minimum one week. After that any changes in our General Conditions as well our Rates may apply.

Credit Card Payment

While with us we accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards for payment of your outstanding dues. For Credit Card Payments we charge 2.5 % handling costs, which is exactly the same as we will be charged for credit card trans actions.
